We are beyond thrilled with the quality of submissions we received for this contest. It had it all...

...infectious songs...
...hilarious skits and characters...
...superb animation and claymation...
...beautiful visuals of actual road trips and vacations...
...adorable, precocious kids...
...and of course real, helpful tips on traveling on a BUDGET

Thank you so much for putting your time, effort, creative juices, and video-making skills (not to mention reluctant friends and family members) into some truly fabulous videos.

It is our pleasure to announce MICHAEL BEAUDOIN as the winner of the contest and the $25,000 grand prize for his submission "Traveling on a Budget".

Michael submitted his video early in the contest. And while over the next month and half we saw some incredible, memorable submissions, we could never get Michael's song out of our head.

In addition, we're happy to award DANE BOEDIGHEIMER with the $1000 prize for most Digg votes for his submission "Out of This World Budget." Very well done and very deserving!
